Fish Pie

Description
This luxurious, elegant and hearty British fish pie includes both cod and smoked haddock and prawns. Superb!

Ingredients
onion, cloves, bay leaf, milk, double cream, cod, smoked haddock, prawns, eggs, butter, gluten free flour, parsley, nutmeg, potatoes, salt, white pepper.

Shellfish / Dairy / Egg. This product has been made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
Cooking Instructions

Chilled
Oven

  • Pre-heat oven to 150°C
  • Take lid off. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.
  • Cook for 25-35 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to stand for 2 mins.

Microwave

  • Place in a microwaveable dish and cover.
  • Cook on full power.
  • 850W
  • 3-4 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to rest for 2 mins.

Dishes are suitable for home freezing.

Frozen
Oven

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Take lid off. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.
  • Cook for 40-45 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to stand for 2 mins.

Defrost instructions
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines for chilled.

Please note:
Steam may be released when removing lid.
Some bones may remain in fish or meat dishes.
