Keralan Prawn Curry

Description
Gently spiced prawns in a rich coconut and tomato sauce.

Ingredients
prawns, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, rapeseed oil, ground mustard seeds, curry leaf, asafoetida, ginger, coriander, garlic, red chilli, onion, tomatoes, coconut milk.

Shellfish / Mustard. This product has been made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
Cooking Instructions

Chilled
Oven

  • Pre-heat oven to 150°C
  • Leave lid on. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.
  • Cook for 25-35 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Microwave

  • Place in a microwaveable dish and cover.
  • Cook on full power.
  • 850W
  • 3-4 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to rest for 2 mins.

Dishes are suitable for home freezing.

Frozen
Oven

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Leave lid on. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.
  • Cook for 40-45 mins or until piping hot.
  • Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Defrost instructions
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines for chilled.

Please note:
Steam may be released when removing lid.
Some bones may remain in fish or meat dishes.
